Description

Fried Garlic Flakes is sliced or minced garlic, fried in cooking oil on a moderate heat, until golden brown, for 2 to 3 minutes. They are drained using a strainer to remove excess oil and some salt can be added for flavor. They are used as a condiment and also to garnish recipes. They are used to add depth to the flavor, aroma, and texture of the dishes.
