Fruit juice is a drink prepared by extraction or pressing of the natural liquid contained in fruit. It is obtained from one fruit or a mix of various fruits. Fruit juice can be extracted using high-speed blender or electric juicer. Fruits to prepare fruit juice include orange, pomegranate, pineapple, apple, kiwi, plums, grapefruit or any other fruit. It can be served as a beverage, flavoured with some lemon juice, salt or sugar. It is considered as a healthy drink to keep the body hydrated and boost the immune system.
