Description

Fusilli is a variety of pasta made up of corkscrew or helical shapes. It is "spun" by pressing and rolling a small rod over the thin strips of pasta to wind them around it in a corkscrew shape. Fusilli pasta works really well with any sauce, added to soups, or turned into a salad. This shape also bakes well in a casserole.  The twisted shape holds more of the dressing in each bite for extra flavor while adding visual interest.This pasta shape is very popular and widely exported all over the world.
