Description

Ganthoda Powder is derived from a rhizoid which is similar to ginger root. It is made from the root of long pepper. The typical odor and flavor of ganthoda root is caused by a mixture of zingerone, shogaols and gingerols, volatile oils that are present in fresh ganthoda root. It is used in Indian and chinese cuisine.
