Description

Garlic bits are garlic cloves peeled and chopped into little bits. They are often cooked in oil in a pan placed on medium-low heat, until golden brown. These garlic granules can be used to add pungent taste and aroma to a variety of dishes such as rice, noodles, fish and meat dishes.
