  1. Ginger-green chilli paste can be stored in refrigerator for upto one week and in freezer for at least three months. It can be used in preparation of vegetables and curries.

Description

Ginger-green chilli paste is a smooth paste prepared by blending equal quantities of peeled and chopped ginger and chopped green chillies in a food blender, along with some lemon juice/oil and salt to taste. It can be used for flavouring savoury dishes.
