Description

Ginger Extract (Oleoresin) is obtained by the solvent extraction of ground-dried rhizomes of Zingiber officinale Roscoe. It is a viscous liquid with reddish-brown to dark brown color and has a characteristic refreshing ginger aroma. It is widely used as a spice for flavoring foods and medicine to treat nausea, cough, inflammation, diarrhea, fight motion sickness and infections.
