Description

Ginger Paste is a thick and grainy paste prepared by blending fresh ginger root with some oil and green chilli. It is an essential part of Indian cooking and is used in almost every recipe. It can be used in any dish as a substitute for fresh ginger. It is mixed into stir-fries, incorporated into desserts or steeped into a tea.

Selection Guide

Go for organic ginger paste without any artificial colors added. Also, look out to its expiry date to confirm its freshness.
