Description

Acetic acid is a colorless liquid organic compound. When undiluted, it is sometimes known as glacial acetic acid. It contains a very low amount of water. It is a weak acid, and it is known as glacial because on freezing it forms needle shape crystals. It can be used as an acidifier, flavoring agent, for the prevention of rope in baking, and as a solvent.
