Grape juice is made by crushing and blending black or red grapes into a liquid. The pulp is strained out and the juice is retained. The juice has dark red to purple color with a blackish tint.
Choose pure and fresh juice. Avoid if it has added sugar, preservatives or additives. Check for its 'use-by" date on the packaging.
