Description

Ground Indian Spices are whole Indian spices, Majorly, its a blend of spices like cardamom, cinnamon, cloves, cumin, coriander, nutmeg, bay leaf, mace, dry red chilli, black pepper. The blend of these spices, when ground into a fine powder, and used in dishes, infuses a very subtle flavour in the dish. Every household has its own blend of ground Indian spices. Its very use gives a very distinctive aroma to the food.
