Guava puree is basically blended guava flesh whereby the seeds have been strained and removed, resulting in a pulpy thick liquid. This can be used for juicing, making jam and jellies, adding to desserts etc.
It is best to make guava puree at home than buying from the market as it will be fresher and free from preservatives.
