Hill Rajma (Red Small Kidney Beans) is the hill variety of kidney beans grown in Uttarakhand, Himachal Pradesh, and Jammu & Kashmir. They are small-sized beans, red in color. This variety of kidney beans hold their shape and color really well on being cooked.
