Lamb meat is a type of red meat of a one year old or younger sheep. It is usually the leanest of all red meats. The popular cuts of lamb meat are shoulder, rack, breast, loin and leg. Lamb meat is staple in many countries like Greece, Turkey, Australia and New Zealand.
