Lasagne sheets are translucent pasta sheets, square or rectangular in shape with 2mm thickness. They are interlayered with vegetables/meat, cheese and herbs and then baked.

Selection Guide

Go for creamy yellow colored, translucent Lasagne sheets free from air bubbles or dark spots. Also look for the thickness of the sheets. Do not choose too thick Lasagne sheets as they may taste too doughy when cooked.
