Description

Lauki Rabri is a unique dessert made from bottle gourd, milk, bread slice, sugar and cardamom powder. It is very simple, easy to make and mouth watering dessert. It is very healthy and full of nutrition as well. To make lauki rabri, boil milk in a pan and then leave it on a medium flame to thicken.Now, wash and peel the bottle gourd followed by grating it. Crush the bread slices in a mixer. Now, take a kadai, heat it and add ghee. Add grated bottle gourd to it. Saute it on a high flame for 2 to 3 minutes.Add boiled milk to the kadai and start cooking it. Add crushed bread slices and mix well. Boil the milk on high flame while stirring continuously for 5 minutes.Then, add sugar and stir it well. Boil it for another 5 minutes on a high flame. Stir it continuosly. Then switch off the gas.Take a serving bowl, pour the rabdi. Add cardamom powder and sliced dry fruits on the top.
