Description

Liquid Chocolate is the melted state of chocolate where it flows like a free-flowing liquid. It is neither too thick not too runny. Chocolate can simply be melted alone in liquid boiler or microwave. Liquid chocolate can also be prepared with fresh cream and whole chocolate in a 1:1 ratio for a good texture. It can be added to desserts like cakes and brownies, and can also be used as a topping on ice creams and waffles.

Selection Guide

Look for free-flowing liquid chocolate. Make sure the packaging has no signs of leakage or spoilage. Check for its "best before" date on the packaging.
