Lychee pulp is the blended form of translucent, white, juicy flesh of lychee, enclosed in thin, brittle shell. It is a luscious, whitish pulp with floral aroma. It can be used to add lychee flavour desserts and beverages. It can also be used as a topping on fruit salads and icecreams.

Selection Guide

Lychee pulp can be made at home. It is also available packed in stand up pouches, tin cans and containers. Check for its manufacturing and expiry date to confirm its freshness. Make sure it contains no artificial additives or sweeteners.
