Description

Mango pulp concentrate is a concentrate prepared by removing the excess water from the orangish-yellow pulp obtained from mature ripe mango. It has a smooth, homogenous texture and can made from any variety of mango. It can be used as a mango flavouring agent in beverages, baked goods and desserts.
