Description

Moong papad is thin, round papadum made with split pulse moong flour, flavored with the traditional blend of pepper, red chilies, and dry spices. They can be roasted, fried or grilled to crispiness. They are served as a side assortment along with any meal.

Selection Guide

Make sure moong papad is whole and not broken. Also, they should be completely dry with no evidence of moisture.
