Neelam mango is a mango cultivar primarily grown in Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh and Tamil Nadu. It is a large sized mango, oblong in shape with pointed base. It has smooth skin that turns bright yellow upon ripening. Its inside reveals rich, aromatic, deep yellow colored flesh.

Selection Guide

Select large Neelam mangoes, heavy for their size. Avoid if their skin has any dark spots or soft spots.
