Noodle masala is an exotic spice blend made from the choicest of ingredients that are hand picked in the right proportion, gently blended and coarse ground to unlock taste and aroma only while cooking. To make this masala at home, start by heating one tablespoon of vegetable oil on a pan. Add all the ingredients to the pan like dry ginger powder, dry garlic powder, dry onion powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, pepper powder, fenugreek powder, garam masala powder, sugar, red chilli flakes, corn flour, cinnamon powder and salt. Lightly stir the mixture at minimum flame. Keep stirring the mixture till the colour of the mixture changes to dark brown.
