Description

Oleoresin Turmeric is an orange-red colored extract of turmeric which is often used for flavoring and coloring purposes in food. It is obtained by solvent extraction of the ground spice. It contains both curcuminoids and turmeric essential oil.

Go for organic oleoresin turmeric with no additives in it. Check for its "use-by" date on the packaging.
