Usage Tips

  1. Magnesium carbonate is widely used as a food additive to prevent caking and as a whitener in food processing applications.
  2. It’s is also used as a demolding agent in the manufacturing of biscuits, as a carbonate source in soft drinks, as well as a source of magnesium in dietary supplements.


Anticaking agent(Magnesium carbonate) is an additive placed in powdered or granulated materials. It prevents the formation of lumps (caking) and helps in ease of flowability of food products like table salt, flour, spices and sugar.
