Description

Polydextrose (1200) is a white colour powder which is polymer of glucose and is classified as a soluble-fiber. It is produced by heating dextrose in presence of sorbitol and citric acid.

Note

Polydextrose 1200 can cause intestinal gas, bloating, stomach cramps and diarrhea.(1)
