Pyridoxine Hydrochloride is a hydrochloride salt of pyridoxine which is water-soluble Vitamin B6. It is converted into metabolically active coenzyme pyridoxal phosphate, in liver. It is present in high quantities in foods like bananas, avocados, spinach, sardines and chicken.
Look for the expiry date on the packaging.
Excessive consumption of Pyridoxine Hydrochloride can cause peripheral neuropathy that includes burning or freezing sensations, numbness and tingling. It may also cause lack of ability to coordinate muscle movements.(2)
