Description

Rai Kuria is the coarsely ground form of yellow-colored mustard seeds with the skin removed. It is considered as a main ingredient in pickles as it gives pickles the special tangy taste.

Selection Guide

Rai Kuria can be purchased in packaged form from grocery stores. Check for its use-by" date to confirm its freshness. Split mustard seeds can be purchased and ground at home using grinder.
