Description
Raising Agent E500(iii) is a double salt of sodium bicarbonate and sodium carbonate with a needle-like crystal structure. It is a naturally occurring mineral in the form of white crystalline solids. It is approved as a food additive to be used as pH control agent, stabilizer and thickener in foods.
