Description

Red Chilli Extract (Oleoresin) is a deep red colored, semi-viscous liquid extracted from dried red chili, with volatile solvents by extraction. The various carotenoids present in red chilies are responsible for its deep red color. It contains the pungent components, capsaicin not less than 8 percent and is highly sensitive to heat, air, and light. It is used in food processing, sauce preparations, flavor processing and, fish and meat processing.

Selection Guide

Red Chilli Extract (Oleoresin) is available both oil and water soluble form with varying capsaicin content as required.
