Red thai curry paste is a thick, red colored paste prepared with finely grind coriander and peppercorns in a food processor and then tossed together with some galangal, lime leaves, cilantro, lemongrass, shallots, fresh chillies, garlic and also soaked dried chillies. It is a popular thai paste used as a cooking ingredient.
