  1. Rice Ada (Rice Pasta Bits) can be used to prepare kheers like palada or ada pradhaman.
  2. It can also be made into a sweeter version by adding coconut, sugar and cardamom powder.
  3. It can be made into rice ada upma by adding some vegetables like onions and carrots.

Description

Rice Ada (Rice Pasta Bits) is a thin batter of rice flour, steamed and broken into small bits and dried. It looks like small pasta chunks and made of rice flour, widely used to prepare Palada Pradhaman( can be otherwise called Indian pasta pudding), a rich tasty payasam from Kerala.
