Rosemary is a woody evergreen herb. It has fragrant, needle-like leaves with pink, purple, white and blue flowers with a silver touch.
Choose fresh rosemary over dried rosemary as it gives better flavour. Avoid if it has any yellow spots.
Overconsumption of rosemary may cause stomach and intestinal irritation. It can also be harmful for kidneys.(2)
