Description

Chicken is the most common type of poultry in the world. There are many varieties of chicken including free-range chicken, organic chicken, and conventional chicken. Of the three, organic chicken is the most expensive because they must have access to the outdoors, are only allowed to eat organically grown food. Different methods like steaming, roasting, baking, frying, and boiling are used to prepare various varieties of chicken for consumption. Chicken can be cooked either as raw meat or in its shredded form. Shredded chicken is composed of chicken pieces cut and shredded down to smaller pieces. Shredding of chicken can be easily done at home. A simple way to shred chicken is to use two forks. Hold one fork in each hand, and use them to pull the meat apart. You can shred the chicken into larger or smaller pieces depending on your needs.
