Description

Soya milk is a plant-based drink extracted from the soybean. It is a stable emulsion of oil, water, and protein and is produced by soaking and grinding soybeans. The mixture is then boiled, filtering out the remaining particulates. Soy milk, along with other soy products are considered as traditional staples of Asian cuisine. They can be used as replace meat and non-vegetarian dishes for its protein content.
