Olive oil can also be used for a healthier option. It can eitrher be roasted on a apn at medium flame or baked until it turns bronwish in color. It is very important to ekep stirring or rotating the sides to prevent the corns from burning. And when it’s done, you will have beautiful roasted corn kernel nuts.
