Description

Stabiliser (INS 339(i)) is a chemical compound of sodium with a dihydrogen phosphate anion. It is a soluble form of phosphate obtained by partial neutralization of phosphoric acid. It is considered as a food additive in the form of stabilizer, thickening agent and leavening agent.
