Description

Stabiliser: potassium chloride is odourless, white or colorless vitreous crystalline metal halide salt composed of potassium and chlorine. It is used as a food additive in the form of thickener, flavour enhancer, pH control agent, and stabilizer. It can also be used as mineral supplement to treat or prevent low levels of potassium in the blood.
