Description

Stabilizer (INS 450(iii) is an inorganic sodium salt, composed of pyrophosphate anion and sodium ions It is in the form of colorless transparent crystalline or white powder, which is water-soluble. It is used as a food additive in the form of a stabilizer (an additive to food that preserves its structure), mostly in meat processing and seafood.
