Strawberry jelly is a red colored, clear fruit spread prepared by adding gelatin to strawberry juice. The strawberry juice is cooked, sweetened with sugar and thickened with gelatin. It can vary in shape and size depending upon the mould or tray used for it to set in the refrigerator.
