Description
Sugar Coated Aniseed (Confectionary) is prepared from sugar, aniseeds and a couple of food dyes. Aniseeds are coated with sugar and brightly colored in different colors to be served as after-meal snack or digestive aid. Some essential oils, including peppermint oil can be added to add refreshing flavour and aroma to it. It is considered as a classic post-dinner treat in Indian cuisine.
