  1. Sweet Limes can last up to two weeks in the refrigerator.
  2. They can be eaten as a snack.
  3. Unpeeled sliced sweet lime can be used for garnishing cakes and pastries.
  4. Peeled and sliced sweet lime can also be used in layered cakes and pastries, fruit salads, fruit mousses and cheese cakes.

Description

Sweet lime fruits are small, green citrus fruits of round/oval shape. Sweet lime look very similar to regular limes, but sweet limes are more yellowish-green in color.
