Description
Turmeric Oleoresin Polysorbate 80 is a combination of turmeric extract and Polysorbate 80. Pure curcumin is insoluble in water and hence is dissolved in Polysorbate 80, a food-grade solvent and permitted emulsifier. It is used as a coloring agent to add yellow color to the food products.
