Description

White chocolate chips are usually made from white chocolate. They are small round chip, which maintains their shape when put to bake. They have a rich creamy flavour that gives a scrumptious chocolate hit to the baked goodies. The basic ingredients are sugar, cocoa butter, full cream milk powder, WHEY powder ( milk ), SOYA lecithins, emulsifier.

At the time of purchase make sure that the chocolate chips are firms and shinny its appearance, it should not be broken or melted.
