Description

Wood apple has hard brown shell and rough exterior. It has pungent and astringent pulp with edible seeds in it. Wood apple looks like a small coconut. It has a woody shell and soft rind. The rind varies from gray-green to yellow depends upon the maturity. It has an orange pulp which is segmented in triangles.
