Yoghurt Chutney

Also Known As : Dahi ki chatni, Curd Chutney

Description

To make yogurt chutney, in a small blender take 1 cup coriander, ¼ cup pudina, 2 green chilli, 1 clove garlic, 1 inch ginger and 2 tbsp lemon juice. Blend it to smooth paste adding water only if required. Now add in ¾ cup hung curd followed by ¼ tsp cumin powder, ¼ tsp chaat masala and ¼ tsp salt. Whisk it smooth making sure the curd blends well with spices and as you get a smooth consistency, serve it.
