Description

Yogurt is a semi-solid dairy product, prepared by bacterial fermentation of milk. The bacteria is known as yogurt culture. The cultures of two bacteria Lactobacillus bulgaricus and Streptococcus thermophilus are used. It is fermented and mild acidic in nature.
