A great product, this dark compound has been a very effective alternative to normal chocolate. Definitely the result is not the same as a normal chocolate gives, it is still gives very satisfactory results. one thing i like about it that it is wallet friendly. It gives the same texture a normal chocolate gives and it does not burn fast while double-boiling it. It has a velvety feel and it tastes great. I have used a couple of other compounds too like Campoco but i had a better experience with morde. It is a great product for home bakers and who are new to confectionary. This should be used bye

Be it the milk or paneer or other products, i have always gone for Mother Dairy. Talking particularly about the paneer, i like it because it a a great texture and it really soft. It tastes as if its freshly brought even after day or two in the refrigerator Not very costly, but it is worth the money paid. It is also tightly packed so water does not get coagulated inside the packet.

A nice, sweet sauce. When i first tasted it, it reminded me of the homemade sauce i used to eat when i was small. It is a family friendly sauce and can be used in many dishes. it has a nice thick texture, perfectly flowy and its overall packing makes it more reliable to remove small amounts of sauce without the need of spoon.
