Recipe Notes

For garnishing you can use any dryfruits like almonds, cashews, walnuts or choco chips will also taste yumm. If you don't have milk chocolate, so instead of milk chocolate you can add sugar according to your taste.

Methods
  • 1. In wok add milk, bring it to boil. When milk boiled, in bowl take out ½cup of milk from it. Keep the flame low.
  • 2. Now quickly make slurry. Divide ½cup boiled milk into two mini bowls.
  • 3. In bowl add coco powder and in another bowl add cornflour. Stir until both dissolve in milk.
  • 4. Add both the slurry in wok, keep stirring milk continuously for 3 to 5minute.
  • 5. Add dark chocolate and milk chocolate in it. Stir it until chocolate melt completely.
  • 6. Keep stirring continuously for 12-15minute on low flame. You will see the chocolaty and thick texture. Switch off the flame.
  • 7. Stir it for 2 minutes, transfer it in jug and refrigerate it for 2hours.
  • 8. Add some ice cubes in glass. Pour cold coco in it. For garnishing grate dark chocolates.
  • 9. Cold coco is ready to serve. Serve it chilled.
