Ingredients For Foxtail Millet Halwa Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Heat 1 tsp ghee in a pan and add the foxtail millets
  • 2. Fry the mullets on slow flame till they turn golden brown.Remove and set aside
  • 3. Roast the sesame seeds and grind it to a powder.Setaside
  • 4. In a pan add ghee and add the jaggery.Once the jaggery melts.add the sauted millets and the sesame pwder.Add the raisins too
  • 5. Add little water and cover and cook till the water disappears
  • 6. Serve warm garnished with some almonds
