Ingredients For Mithi Katori Recipe

Methods
  • 1. First make a powder of moog dal . Now in a pan add ghee . dry roast the dal very well .
  • 2. Add milkmaid and mix well . Now add the juice.  Mix all together well .Now cook for 10 minutes more. When the halwa sperate from side of pan , turn off the gas.
  • 3. Now take silicon mold. Add some halwa .Make a shape of bowl . Refrigerate it for 10 minutes.
  • 4. Take a pan add milk and milkmaid togather.  Now try to thicken little the milk .
  • 5. Now add saffron in it. Then add the crumble paneer. Now mix all together carefully. When it becomes yellow color and thicken turn of the gas. Your Kasari Paneer Kheer  is ready to serve.
  • 6. For assembling take a halwa bowl . Put 2 tbsp kasar kheer in it . Add piece of almond and rose patal.
